As mentioned previously, Mr. Parkinson wrote these resources for the South Georgia Heritage Trust which were published earlier in the year.

The island is in the news at the moment, as the huge iceberg which broke off the Larsen C ice shelf in 2017.

It is now only about 50km from the island.
