Adventure Landscapes: which would you like to take part in ?

As a preliminary to planning for teaching a unit on Adventure Landscapes, I've created a Google Form to ask for your ideas on adventurous things that you'd like to do. Scroll down a little to find it and please fill it in - should only take a moment or so.

Over the summer, a friend of mine Dan Raven Ellison has been taking part in an epic exploration of the UK as part of his #Route 125 expedition.

This project provide a whole series of new ways to spend your time while visiting places in the UK.

Which one would you like to take part in ?
Why not do one of the adventures and provide the evidence - interact with the site.
I'm thinking of using this site as a possible homework task for students in Year 7. Provide some sort of evidence that it has been completed, and earn points.

Over the summer, there was a BBC feature on 'The World's Favourite Holiday Destination'.

It had data from the UN World Tourism Organisation to show the places that attract people in the greatest numbers.

There are some new trends developing as some nations which had not previously provided a lot of the world's tourists. World tourist numbers are rising it seems.

There's also been a very good summer for many local tourist attractions in East Anglia where I live, as reported in the EDP today...
