Chilly in Antarctica today...

Here's a tweet from Mark Brandon, who I worked with a while back in a project related to the Frozen Oceans of the world. He's a Polar scientist and worked on the BBC 'Frozen Planet' series.
It shows temperatures in Antarctica today:

We also used this visualisation:  EARTH NULLSCHOOL.

Click on the word Earth, and select the word TEMP as an overlay.
Click on OCEAN in MODE to see ocean temperatures rather than air temperatures.
